Fidget Quilts
Designed for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or those who benefit from tactile stimulation, fidget quilts are lap-sized creations featuring various textures and interactive elements like zippers and buttons. They serve to alleviate anxiety and maintain fine motor skills.
When making a fidget quilt for the guild, please remember to attach a Guild label, which will be available at all in-person Guild meetings and events.

Guild Patterns for Fidget Quilts
These patterns have been developed by members of the TBQG Guild as well as others who have given their permission for use by the Guild. They are used by the TBQG to produce fidget quilts, which are distributed throughout Thunder Bay and the surrounding Northwestern Ontario communities as part of our community services efforts.
All are welcome to use these patterns for personal use.
