Membership Advantages

You can join any time during the year! While our membership year officially runs from September to June, new members are always welcome and encouraged to join at any point.

Annual membership fees are $40 per year, payable each on or before the regular October meeting.

If you’re renewing or joining after the regular October meeting, membership fees are $45.

For new members joining between March and June, the fees are reduced to $35.

Not at all! Our members range from complete beginners to advanced quilters. Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level.

Our meetings are held monthly on the third Monday from September to June, starting at 7:00 pm

Yes, you’re welcome to attend one meeting as a guest to see what our guild is all about before committing to membership.

Your membership includes monthly meetings, access to workshops and resources, community project participation, newsletters, and invitations to special guild events.

Participation is encouraged for the success of the guild, but it is never mandatory. You choose how involved you’d like to be, from attending occasional meetings to actively engaging in guild projects.

The more members volunteer and participate in events, projects, and activities, the more successful the TBQG will be.

Our guild welcomes members of all ages, from young beginners to seasoned quilting veterans. If under 18, we ask that minors be accompanied by an adult.

Workshop and retreat details, including registration information, are announced during meetings and through our monthly newsletters.

Yes, members have access to the guild’s extensive library of books, magazines, quilting tools, and our AccuQuilt Go Cutter. Materials can be taken out during our in-person meetings.
