Community Placemats
The guild supplies handmade placemats to clients of Meals on Wheels and other community groups.
These placemats are a great opportunity for you to try a new technique, practice your machine quilting and binding skills, use up some scraps and get a satisfying “quick fix” of sewing.
Placemat kits are available for free to all guild members during our in-person meetings. If you want to make your own, the recommended size is approximately 12" x 18".
These placemats add a personal touch to meal services and are collected at any guild meeting.
